Melbourne Star Observation Wheel: Our team manufactured large 406 mm OD pipes with wall thicknesses of 20 mm, 36 mm, 40 mm, and 45 mm. The custom rolls and dies were machined to meet the specifications required for the replacement components. This project marked a breakthrough achievement, successfully rolling 400 NB pipe with a 45 mm wall thickness for the first time.

Rollco is the go-to steel supplier and processor for the outdoor shade industry. We supply the pipes and beams, ranging from 168mm outside diameter to 406mm outside diameter pipes, for the fabricator to piece together the structure.

Dunc Gray Velodrome: We provide lightweight roofing and curved 250,200 & 150 purlins in the x-x axis. We also provide the steel infrastructure for football stadiums and amphitheatres.

Staircase stringers all over New South Wales use Rollco rolled and pressed plates. Using a computer program we designed, we can roll bespoke staircases to meet customer requirements.
