Section Rolling Channels

Parallel Flange Channel (PFC) is a versatile product commonly used for roof members and staircase stringers.

At Rollco, we can roll PFC in three orientations – Toe In, Toe Out, and On Edge – achieving some of the tightest radii in the industry. Section sizes range up to 380 × 100 mm, with On Edge rolls up to a 2 m radius.

We’ve also developed specialised techniques for precisely curving PFC in three dimensions, ideal for applications such as spiral staircase stringers.
